Katherine combined her professional experience in design management with her passion for remodeling. As a board director at Scott Valley Swim and Tennis Club from 2016-2020, she acted on behalf of the Club as Owner’s representative for a Master Planning process and managed the Construction process with architects, engineers, and contractors. Owner’s representatives serve as the binding agent between designers, contractors, and property owners to help successfully manage each renovation project or new construction. Katherine advises on construction estimates, permitting, and the team selection process.
